Who is the CSRM Summit for? The Summit is intended for anyone who currently uses or wishes to use the tools of sport, play, and leisure to reach their communities for Christ. Back to top

	How can I pay for the Summit? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover card, or checks. Note: If paying by check you may still register online by entering your routing number and check number in the form of an Echeck. Back to top
	What does the Summit fee cover? The registration fee covers all main sessions, workshops, conference materials, entrance to the exhibitor area, lunch on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and dinner on Wednesday night. (note: dinner on Thursday and Friday nights will be on your own.) Back to top
	Is there a group rate for registration? If one person from a church/organization is a current CSRM member you may register as many people as you like from your church/organization at the members rate. Back to top
	Can I sign up for a CSRM membership while registering? Yes. During The Summit registration process you may add a CSRM membership, pay the $150 annual fee, and register at the member rate for this event. Back to top
	What if I don't know my membership number? If you are unsure of your current membership status or if you are unsure of your membership number, contact Maranda using the 'contact' tab above prior to registering to retrieve this information. Back to top
	How many people can register on 1 form? We request that each person register on an individual form. If registering online you will have the option to register multiple persons with one payment. If registering with paper registration forms you may photocopy as many as you need or contact us for additional forms. Back to top
	Can I cancel my registration? In the event of a cancellation, your request must be submitted via Email to mcurl@csrm.org. Please note that a full refund, minus a $25 per person processing fee, will be given if your cancellation request is submitted prior to March 15. After March 15, no refunds will be available. 	Can I transfer my registration to another person? A registration may be transferred to another person from the same church/organization for no additional fee. A transfer request should be submitted in writing to mcurl@csrm.org Back to top
	Are scholarships available to the Summit? A limited number of scholarships are available to full-time students OR first time attendees. Full details about scholarships as well as a printable scholarship request for can be found under the 'pricing' tab above. Back to top
	Can I attend the conference for just one day? One day rates are available. Contact Maranda at mcurl@csrm.org for a list of one day fees and full details. Back to top
	Who qualifies for a student rate? Any full-time student at a college or university at any level of graduate or under graduate work is eligable. Back to top
	Can I bring my spouse? Absolutely. In fact, we have a special conference rate in place for spouses to attend at a discounted price. There will be separate workshops and opportunities targeted specifically at the needs of spouses of recreation ministers. Back to top
	Can I bring my children? While families are very important to us, we are unable to accommodate children at the Summit. Children will not be allowed in the general sessions or workshops. Please make alternative arrangements for any childcare needs. Back to top
	Will CSRM provide transportation for attendees to/from the Summit? CSRM will not provide transportation to/from the airport or to/from any hotels. All participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements. Note: See the 'travel' tab above for suggested shuttle providers for an additional fee. Back to top
	Is lodging included in my Summit fee? No. Each participant is responsible for their own lodging. See the 'travel' tab above for suggested accommodations. Back to top
	Are meals included in my Summit fee? Lunch on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and dinner on Wednesday are included in The Summit fee. Snacks will also be provided each day during the event. Breakfast will be provided by our partner hotel if you choose to stay at the suggested hotel. Participants are responsible for all additional meals on their own. Back to top
	Do I have to choose my workshops before attending? No. All workshop sessions can be chosen during the event. Back to top
	Which airport is located closest to Northside UMC? Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International airport. This is about a 25-30 minute drive away. Back to top
	When and how do I check in at The Summit? Check in for the Summit will begin at 8:00am on the morning of Wednesday, April 14th at Northside UMC. Back to top
	Where do I park at our host church? Due to our location in the city, we have limited parking at Northside and all Summit participants and exhibitors are asked to park off-site at a nearby Synagogue and take a short shuttle ride (0.5 miles) to the church. Shuttles will run continually from the synagogue to the church between 8-9am each morning and at the conclusion of the event each afternoon. Also remember that the Double-Tree hotel will have shuttles running continually each morning and afternoon to the conference site as well. Directions to off-site parking (Synagogue) from Double-Tree hotel: Take Tower Place drive out of the hotel parking lot / Turn LEFT onto Piedmont Road (go 0.2 miles) / Turn RIGHT onto Peachtree Road (go 1.5 miles) / Turn RIGHT onto W. 	Can I attend a worship service at Northside while visiting Atlanta? Of course. Worship service times are listed on Northsides website and they would love to have you join in a weekend service. Back to top
