| | How can I pay for the Summit?
We accept all majore credit cards or checks. Note: If paying by check you may still register online by entering your routing number and check number in the form of an Echeck.Back to top

| | What does the Summit fee cover?
The registration fee covers all main sessions, workshops, conference materials, entrance to the exhibitor area, Thursday night dessert reception and entertainment, and lunch on Friday and Saturday. Note: All other meals will be on your own.Back to top

We strive to keep registration fees as low as possible and therefore do not currently offer group discounts.Back to top

| | Can I sign up for a CSRM membership while registering?
Beginning this year, each person who registers for the Summit will automatically receive a 1 year membership in CSRM with all the benefits included in membership.Back to top

| | What are the benefits to CSRM membership?

| | How many people can register on 1 form?
Each person must register on an individual form. If registering online you will have the option to register multiple persons with one payment.Back to top

| | Can I cancel my registration?
In the event of a cancellation, your request must be submitted via Email to mcurl@csrm.org. Please note that a full refund, minus a $25 per person processing fee, will be given if your cancellation request is submitted prior to March 15. After March 15, no refunds will be available.Back to top

| | Can I transfer my registration to another person?
A registration may be transferred to another person from the same church/organization for no additional fee. A transfer request should be submitted in writing to mcurl@csrm.orgBack to top

| | Are scholarships available to the Summit?
A limited number of scholarships are available to full-time students OR first time attendees. Full details about scholarships as well as a printable scholarship request for can be found under the PRICING tab on this site.Back to top

| | Who qualifies for a student rate?
Any full-time student currently enrolled at a college or university at any level of graduate or under graduate work is eligible.Back to top

Absolutely. In fact, we have a special conference rate in place for spouses to attend at a discounted price.Back to top

| | Can I bring my children?
While families are very important to us, we are unable to accommodate children at the Summit. Children will not be allowed in the general sessions or workshops. Please make alternative arrangements for any childcare needs.Back to top

| | Will CSRM provide transportation for attendees to/from the Summit?
CSRM will not provide transportation to/from the airport. All participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements. Back to top

| | Are meals included in my Summit fee?
Lunch on Thursday, lunch on Friday, a dessert reception on Thursday evening, and snacks throughout the event are included in the Summit fee. Breakfast will be provided by our partner hotel if you choose to stay at the La Quinta. Participants are responsible for all additional meals on their own.Back to top

| | Which airport is located closest to the host church?
Dallas/Fort Worth International airport (DFW) is located about 45-60 minutes from the Summit host church.Back to top

Check in for the Summit will begin around lunchtime on Wednesday, April 18 at our host church.Back to top

Free parking is available on site at our host church as well as at the La Quinta if you are staying at our partner hotel.Back to top

| | Can I attend a worship service at Lake Pointe while visiting Dallas?
Of course. Worship service times are listed on the Lake Pointe Church website and they would love to have you join in a weekend service.Back to top
